What is mind? Where does it begin and end?

The first and most important question. Everything else depends on this answer. You are not inside the world. The world is inside you. Until this is seen — not believed, but seen — the other six foundations have no ground to land on.

Why does everything feel different at different times — and how do you move?

Nothing is fixed. Everything is frequency. Depression is not a state — it is a vibration. Clarity is not a gift — it is a frequency. The wisdom school teaches you to move. Not to manage. To actually move.

Why do opposites always contain each other?

The stop button is not the opposite of the achieve-more code. It is its completion. Every apparent opposite is the same thing at a different degree. This single understanding dissolves more human suffering than a decade of therapy.

Every condition has a cause upstream in consciousness. Working at the level of effects — behavior, circumstance, relationships — without addressing the cause produces only temporary change. Move upstream. Work at the level of cause.
